Zetland

The government has been planning and developing Green Square in the past ten years, Zetland is located in the middle of the area.  This area is composed of Waterloo, Zetland, Rosebery and Alexandria, located between the Sydney CBD and the airport. The government has invested $13 billion to carry out a urban renewal reconstruction plan. There are libraries, shopping centers, water centers, sports centers and entertainment venues including SCG/SFS, Randwick Racecourse and Centennial Park in the surrounding area. Residents can enjoy a quiet time in the park green space, and various sports activities at the same time.

Zetland is 5 kilometers from the Sydney Central Business District, 3 kilometers from the University of New South Wales and 7 kilometers from Sydney Airport, making it easy to reach any destination.
